I had a technical issue with the wand on my pitcher. This issue was promptly addressed and resolved in a satisfactory manner.

My bottle stopped staying cold and customer service agent Martina was fast and responsive at fixing the problem and getting me a replacement.

My partner and I love our Larq bottles, and the customer service is first class (thank you Marissa!)

I’ve been trying to find a way to reach LARQs customer service and it is impossible. I’ve emailed, sent messages on both Instagram and Facebook and no one has responded! It’s even impossible to find a way to call in. My issue is about a misdelivery so I would
expect them to get back to me urgently since I’ve made the order last weekend. Very disappointed. I’m also a repeat customer but don’t think I would want to recommend this to any one now after this experience.

I am a person who never writes reviews but I can't help myself now as I am extremely happy/satisfied with both quality of the products they manufacture and sell as well as the professionalism of the salesforce at Larq. I can say with total honesty that the water I now drink is truly fantastic. I have purchased both types of water purification i.e. Uv and filter in the bottles as well as the pitcher which I will use for the first time this Christmas. The water tasted much better when having been purified by either method individually but when by both it tasted great. The staff have proven to be both knowledgeable and very helpful going the extra mile and have also proven to be extremely personable/friendly. Marissa has gone out of her way to explain the products and when possible has made sure that I was fully aware of benefits I had missed. I have nothing but positive thins to say about this Company, the products they sell and the people that sell them. Bruce!

I purchased a PureVis water bottle, was impressed, and ordered the PureVis pitcher as well. When I had difficulty with registration of the second product, the customer service link was easy to find and use. They responded quickly, first with an automated acknowledgment, and the next day with a personalized note from Martina G that she had completed the registration for me. No fuss, situation resolved. I'm happy to be their customer.

I have had a larq bottle for a couple of years, I noticed after about 1 year the powder coating around the lid started to flake off. I contacted Larq as I was worried about injesting the paint with the water. They sent me a replacement lid. Now after a similar time period the same issue has occurred with the replacement lid. I contacted Larq and they said that the warranty on the bottle has already been claimed with the replacement of the original lid. That’s just no good enough. I’m not spending £95 on a bottle that just lasts 1 year. Larq have refused to supply a replacement

I bought the Larq pitcher, which is an excellent product. However, I was having an issue with battery life, a charge was lasting less time than it should. I reached out to Larq, and they asked me to send a video, which I did (actually, I sent two plus two pictures). They saw the issue, and are sending me a new wand so the pitcher will work optimally. The process was all done over email, it was quick and efficient. And most importantly, Larq stands behind its product. Excellent experience overall.
